My Story
For more than 25 years, life was good. I had built a successful career leading supply chain transformations and strengthening operations for growing businesses across Fortune 500 environments and award-winning regional companies, earning recognition from the Portland Business Journal and multiple organizational accolades for performance, culture, and growth.
I earned a reputation for connecting strategy with execution in ways that drove sustainable results. I loved the work and the clarity it created for teams.
Even when an unexpected job loss happened during a period of change, it simply pushed me to reevaluate where I could make the greatest impact next.
As I stepped back, I noticed a pattern across the CEOs I had worked with. Many were balancing endless priorities while trying to maintain control, which often led to misalignment, stalled initiatives, and teams unsure of where to focus.
It became clear that leaders didn’t need more ideas – they needed a way to turn strategy into consistent, accountable action. That realization helped me see that my real strength could solve a problem bigger than any single company.
So I launched Meadowlark Consultants and created The SCALE Framework.
